* TERMS & CONDITIONS – Trading STCs with Austra Energy

Please note that the below listed terms and conditions are specific to STC trading with Austra Energy Group Pty Ltd (Austra Energy). In addition to the below, the standard terms and conditions of trade with Austra Energy will apply, where applicable.

1. All credits/payments will be processed within 2 working days after the jobs have been submitted successfully and panels have been SPV approved.
2. No cash payments will be made on STCs assigned to Austra Energy for jobs where materials were sourced from other suppliers. This will be applied as credits to your Austra Energy account for buying materials for your next orders.
3. No cash payments back for STCs will be made on overdue accounts. This will be applied to your balance overdue on your account.
4. No GST is applicable for STCs of Residential installations.
